The Sr. Network Engineer - Architect, while reporting to the Network Services Sr. Manager, will maintain current working knowledge of industry best of breed solutions for enterprise-level network and related solutions; lead design and implementation efforts for corporate and remote network infrastructure, including the retail and global networks; participate as a leading member of the IT Architecture Committee; develop high-level and detailed documentation, including architectural and procedural documents; implement and support a variety of network and related infrastructure systems; provide top-level technical solution support; provide direct support for departmental leadership activities and provide systems expertise and technical support requiring in-depth understanding in a breadth of technologies and disciplines.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Architectural design and documentation of the company's global network infrastructure, including corporate, retail, and remote infrastructure.
• Participate as a leading member of the IT Architecture Committee to help design scalable, enterprise-level solutions for networks, operating systems, databases, and applications.
• Implement and support a variety of network and related infrastructure systems.
• Provide top-level technical solution support.
• Provide direct support for departmental leadership activities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience participating in formal projects required.
• Cisco CCIE certification strongly preferred.

Position Purpose:Candidate will tend to the innovative marketing needs of a historic company by helping to shape its global editorial voice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Translate from English and publish product and editorial content from Gibson.com, as well as develop original local- and national-level content.
Oversee writing team producing 8 feature stories (or the equivalent thereof) per week in French.
Proofread all material for French site, to include accurate technical terms for Gibson products.
Work closely with writers to assign stories, communicate tone, and maintain tight deadline schedule.
Personally write multiple quality stories per week—not just run-of-the-mill interviews and reviews but compelling, thoughtful pieces that speak to an international musician lifestyle.
Lay out and post all stories online in Gibson’s content management system.
Submit all product pages to appropriate Gibson division for accuracy before posting.
